Refund & Return Policy

We want you to have a good experience with Adivasi Sowndarya Herbal Products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window:
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused or in the same condition as received.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products may not be eligible for return unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Your contact number

We will review the issue and help with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
